After getting my butt kicked by the hills of Vermont, I've returned home to flat low North Carolina.  Tonight I ran 4.35 miles.  First mile with my daughter Avery who ran/walked it in 15:00 minutes.  the rest with Aidan for a total of 57...

I ran 3 miles with my son Aidan (8).  He did great, we ran slow 36:11.  He kisked in the last quarter mile and beat me.  It was so much fun, he was awesome.

Ran 8 miles to night.  Longest run since my marathon.  Really slow.

 

 

Ran 2 easy miles in 23:30.  Hot humid.  Got chased by a dog and cut run short.

Ran in Tucker.
